1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within India.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Your order will be delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email notification with your tracking number to follow your delivery status.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged due to shipping provider issues, we will coordinate with our shipping partner, Shiprocket, to resolve the matter. However, if the damage is due to customer error (with proof provided), the return will not be accepted.
7. Customs and Duties
All customs duties and taxes are covered by TYKAAN.
8. Failed Delivery & Returns
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will cover the re-shipping fee and arrange for another delivery.
