Tykaan Return and Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items. Please note, for some specific products, return is not applicable.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Original Condition:
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Additionally, an unboxing video must be provided as proof to verify the condition of the item upon receipt.
2. Valid Reason:
Returns and exchanges are accepted for valid reasons, including:

∙ Incorrect size, color, or item received.
Return and Exchange Process:
1. Initiating a Request:

2. Submit Details:
Provide your order number and the reason for return or exchange. Upload clear images showing the issue. For size fit issues customers may need to wear the dress and share a picture for review and approval.
3. Review and Approval:
Our dedicated team will review your request and, if it meets the eligibility criteria, provide you with further instructions.
4. Return or Exchange Shipment:
Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. You’ll be responsible for securely packaging the item and sending it back to us.
5. Quality Check:
Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct a quality check. If the item passes inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.
6. Size Fit:
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange through My order section. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to return the product instead.
Refund and Exchange Options:
Refund Policy:
• You can choose to receive a full refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
• For online purchases, the refund will be issued in the same payment method you used for the purchase.
• For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be made by bank transfer once payment confirmation is received, which generally takes a minimum of 5 working days.
• If you enter your bank details during the return request, all refunds related to this order will be done only through bank transfer.
• Once the return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to 15 days to receive the refund, depending on your bank.
Exchange Policy:
• If you opt for an exchange, we will send you the replacement item as quickly as possible, depending on availability.
• The replacement item will be shipped to your original address at no extra cost.
