1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at connect@tykaan.com.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
2. Refunds Eligibility
Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered.
Refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Customer error (incorrect size, color, or address).
- Minor variations in product color or appearance due to lighting or screen resolution.
- Change of mind after delivery.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us at connect@tykaan.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos of the product showing the defect or issue
TYKAAN reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the evidence provided.
4. Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
5. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If your request is approved, a full refund will be provided.
